Carbon neutral delivery
DPD to your door to most of the UK in our returnable boxes. Have it left in a safe place (usually your doorstep is fine) so you don’t need to be home.
Hassle-free returns
Leave your box by your door or with the bins (or anywhere you like!). We’ll whisk your empties away the day after delivery, and we take responsibility if anything goes missing.

Food safe cleaning
There’s no need to clean anything before returning (save that water!). We wash all returned empties to our industry-leading cleaning standards.

When returned to us, all of our returnable pots are cleaned to food safety standards, and each reusable box is cleaned and disinfected before being re-used.
Yes! Our research forecasts that we’ll save 400 tonnes of single-use plastic and reduce CO2 emissions by 2,500 tonnes in the next 5 years.
This is because Good Club orders are shipped in reusable boxes and pots using carbon neutral couriers, rather than single-use plastic and cardboard used to typically deliver groceries online.
Zero Waste products are delivered to your door in returnable, reusable pots.
Once you’ve unpacked your order, simply put your pots back in the box and we’ll collect them the next working day (or you can drop them off at a local shop if you’d prefer).
We deliver to 99% of the UK, excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands and the Channel Islands.
Most orders ship within 24 hours and arrive within 2 working days.
On the morning of your delivery day, you will receive a 1-hour delivery slot by email and/or SMS. We deliver to your doorstep or safe place - you don’t need to be home to receive your delivery.
Delivery is FREE if with a Delivery Pass (from £3.99 a month) or its £5.99 per order otherwise.
You don’t need to be at home - just leave your box outside or in your safe place.
Collection is FREE for all customers.
Once you’ve unpacked your order, simply put the packaging and pots back in the box and leave it outside or in your safe place.
We’ll collect the next working day after delivery to collect the boxes (we’ll send you a text and email to remind you).
